Hi, I’m Simon. With close to a decade of experience, I’ve been deeply immersed in the realm of property investment and development.
Over the years, I’ve scouted and secured numerous properties for savvy investors and personally managed the renovation of many of them. Right from my inaugural project, I garnered recognition and subsequently became a part of one of the nation’s most prominent property education networks. It has been an incredible privilege not only to be a part of this network but also to serve as one of its mentors. My expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of property sectors, including serviced accommodations, HMOs, and single lets. Nevertheless, my primary emphasis has always been on the BRRR (buy, refurbish, refinance, rent) strategy, harnessing its fundamental principles to build enduring generational wealth.
Hi I’m Mike, and I’m honoured to hold the position of Director of Operations at Olsen Estates. With three decades of rich experience in construction, refurbishment, and project management, I offer a depth of expertise to safeguard your investment interests. Notably, I spearheaded the restoration of the renowned Tangley Estate after a fire, a testament to my dedication to quality and resilience in overcoming challenges. My extensive background in property investment, especially in applying the BRRR strategy, is dedicated to achieving excellence and fostering generational wealth.
